Our Process

Initial Contact & Consultation

Once you get in touch with our team, we will schedule a visit to you at your property in order to see the space and fully understand your requirements. After that, we will arrange for you to visit one of our recently completed kitchens, where you can experience the quality and ambiance of the spaces we create first-hand. If you're a serious cook, we may also arrange for you to visit showrooms of leading appliance brands, where you can see all the available options and choose a suite of appliances that best suits your needs.

Concept Design

When we have taken measurements of the space or received your architect's drawings, and a clear brief from you, we create a concept design that focuses on the shape and function of your space. Our team uses photorealistic design software, along with 2D line drawings, to help you get a clear visual of the design and space. We also provide suggestions for materials and finishes, along with indicative pricing, to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Detailed Design

After signing up with an initial 10% deposit fee, we will start reviewing every detail of your project. You are welcome to visit our Design Studio where you can experience all available materials and work with us to create the perfect scheme for your kitchen. Once we have agreed on the design specifications and visuals, we will create detailed drawings and provide a final cost based on your choices. After you approve the order, we will take a 30% payment to secure a date to start making your kitchen.

Making

The design is sent to our workshop in Hampshire, where our skilled and experienced craftsmen start building your kitchen. Meanwhile, we keep in touch with you, your architect, or builder, and provide detailed service drawings for any plumbing or electrical work required. We will also visit the site to check measurements and identify any potential issues that need resolving before we begin the installation. You will need to pay, in full, for all your appliances during this period so that we can order them in time for the installation date.

Installation

In order to proceed with the delivery of your kitchen, we require a 50% payment by the week prior to the delivery date. Once we arrive on-site, we will begin the installation process which usually takes around three weeks to complete. We will then request the final 10% payment once you are completely satisfied.

Aftercare

We understand that once installed, cabinetry can settle. That's why we offer to make any necessary adjustments to hinges and drawer boxes free of charge up to one year after installation. We exclusively endorse appliance brands renowned for their quality and durability, and we’ll provide all documentation to assist you in registering for their warranties and support services.
